TUNG (Post 2)

Oh! It’s great I can say some greeting sentences in Chinese now with the help of the Memrise apps. Ten minutes is useful for me to review what I’ve learnt and “explore” some more things while I’m cooking. I can speak with good pronunciation because of many native speakers videos. I can review my previous lessons in Classic Review with four different testing types: Multiple choice, Tapping test, typing tests, and Listening tests. On the right corner there’s a faded flower which will bloom when I complete a test successfully.

  1. Thanks for sharing, Tung. Why do you think they add the flower that blooms there? What purpose does it serve? And how would you evaluate the app according to Thornbury and Chapelle's theories? I look forward to your final blog post and your poster presentation on Friday!
